The First Day
This part is for the first day’s itinerary. Let’s see…
Starting the Day
When you arrive at the airport, a qualified tour guide will greet you and explain the itinerary in depth.
A comfy car will transport you to the tour’s first destination. Enjoy the comfy ride.
Devrent Valley
The first stop, Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, is the beginning place for this adventure.
There are several fairy chimneys and rock formations to see at this location.
The fact that some rock formations resemble creatures or objects is a fascinating feature, so use your imagination!
Avanos Town
Your second stop will be at Avanos, a tiny town in Greece.
The region is well-known for its long history of ceramics and pottery industry.
You will go to a ceramic workshop to see how the villagers make ceramics.
Try to learn the tricks and even try it yourself!
You may also buy various souvenirs at the store.
We’ll have a lunch in Goreme to energize our bodies our way to the next stop.
Goreme Open Air Museum
Welcome to the best part of Cappadocia.
Caves and fairy chimneys may be found throughout the Goreme Open Air Museum.
Make sure to stop by the cave church across the road from the museum entrance.
Also, some churches have nice frescos inside, so don’t forget to take lovely photos. Learn history thanks to guides, too.
Uchisar Castle & Hotel
Uchisar Castle has traditionally been the key point of defense for the Cappadocia area, according to history and it is the last stop on the first day’s itinerary.
The castle is built on a hill, giving tourists a spectacular view of the surrounding valleys.
Even if there is now nothing inside except hollow chambers, you’ll be rewarded with a breathtaking panorama of the neighboring towns and a never-ending abundance of enchanting fairy chimneys.
When the trip ends, we’ll go back to hotels to eat something and get ready for the next day.
The Second Day
This part is for the second day’s itinerary. Let’s see…
Hotel & Red Valley
After having a breakfast, we’ll leave the hotel and take roads to Red Valley.
Closer to dusk, when the reddish rocks glows with the sun’s dying lights, the Red Valley is at its finest.
But, we’ll see it in the morning –still perfect place! Several routes go around the valley, passing by abandoned historic cave chapels.
Climb to the top of the little hill overlooking the valley for one of the greatest views in the area, you’ll have many things to see…
Gulludere Valley
Next, we’ll visit Gulludere Valley.
It’s full of amazing trails with enjoying scenes. Enjoy the views and take lovely photos.
Cavusin Village
We’ll see one of the most religious places in Cappadocia.
The village’s buildings are carved out of rock formations, with many of its interiors damaged by natural forces like as weather, heat, and earthquakes.
A curving route leads to the peak of the settlement, which gives panoramic views of Red Valley and Uchisar Castle. At the top of the settlement, there is a chapel dedicated to Saint John the Baptist, which dates from the fifth century.
It has frescoes and should be seen.
You’ll learn more about here thanks to the guides.
Pigeon Valley
Next, we’ll see Piegon Valley, after having lunch.
This place is perfect for viewing amazing pigeons and their rock-carved nests.
Kaymakli Underground City
Our final destination is an underground city.
Kaymakli is built out like any other hidden city, but what makes it so unique and astonishing is how well-organized, carved, and considered it is.
Homes, living areas, barns, kitchens, storerooms, temples and cemeteries are all located within the city.
There are actually more rooms and floors but we don’t have enough time for visiting all of them –and some of them are closed and still have ongoing excavation areas.
In 1985, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Kaymakli Underground City was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
You’ll see and learn its amazing story thanks to the guides.
Return to the Airport
At the end, our bus will take you back to the airport at the end of your last visit, loaded with experiences and excellent photos from your trip.
Remember Cappadocia and us during your flight!
